Self-Contained Packaged System

  • Systems are delivered as a pre-piped, pre-wired and pre-tested equipment skids to minimize system installation, commissioning and start-up.

Simple and Reliable Operation

  • Sanborn UFV Systems are equipped with vertical centrifugal seal-less process pumps can handle highly abrasive solids without the associated downtime with pump maintenance and seal replacement.
  • The 1/2" tubular UF membrane modules are highly durable and process resilient allowing the processing of oily wastewater streams that are loaded with high concentrations of solids that are typically associated with metal working operations such as mop water, vibratory deburring and water soluble grinding coolants.
