The LiquaPac HS is a general purpose, manually cleaned two-phase centrifuge with a myriad of industrial applications installation base. The LiquaPac HS is an economical liquid/solid centrifuge that is engineered and designed for performance. The LiquaPac HS is equipped with feed acceleration, a self-draining bowl and comes with a set of two Durable Plastic Liners for ease of solids removal. With all the standard features provided, the LiquaPac HS outperforms similar sized basket-type centrifuges. Our unique modular centrifuge designs provide off-the-shelf availability in a flexible format.
LiquaPac HS – TMC Series
The TMC LiquaPac HS is a compact Tank Mounted Centrifuge “TMC” mounted on a uni-base complete with a centrifuge drive motor and controls. The most common installation for the TMC LiquaPac is typically mounted on existing customer tanks and sumps.
LiquaPac HS – RCS Series
The RCS is our most common version of the LiquaPac HS manual clean centrifuge. Complete with feed and supply pumps, our unique clean/dirty tank system allows closed loop multi-pass processing through the centrifuge to maintain continuous recirculation of the metal working coolants within RCS tank, without the need of level controls.
