The Sanborn Custom Ultrafiltration Systems are specifically designed for the disposal of oily wastewater streams, mop water disposal, vibratory deburring solutions, etc. The horizontal Custom Systems are equipped with robust tubular UF Membrane Modules to provide a small footprint packaged system providing trouble free oily wastewater processing with a minimum of system maintenance.

The Custom Ultrafiltration Systems are constructed of corrosion resistant process components such as PVC piping, valves, stainless steel UF process pumps, etc.

The 1/2" tubular UF membrane modules are highly durable and process resilient allowing the processing of oily wastewater streams that are loaded with high concentrations of solids that are typically associated with metal working operations such as mop water, vibratory deburring and water-soluble grinding coolants.
