Turbo Separators

Robust High-Performance Centrifuges Since 1956


From it's main plant in Switzerland, Turbo Separator AG has been manufacturing the highest quality centrifuges for almost a half century. Turbo Separators are available in Manual Clean and Automatic Discharge configurations. The ubiquitous manual clean designs combine high speed performance with the ease of quick release covers and self-draining bowl liners. The automatic discharge designs utlize proprietary discharge nozzles for sludge dewatering at high speeds. For high-speed basket centrifuges, the Turbo Separator has no equal.
Turbo Manual Clean Separators
Turbo T-5B
Small but versitle, the T-5b is shown here with integral tank and pump. Flowrates up to 10 gpm with a 0.8 gal lon sludge volume.		 Turbo T-6
The T-6 uses the same bowl configuration as the T-5b but includes a hinged cover and a skimmer pickup for liquid discharge under pressure.
Turbo T-10
The T-10 is the smallest bowl configuration that includes a self-draining bowl. Flowrates up to 26 gpm with sludge volume of approximately 1.3 gallons.		 Turbo T-14
The T-14 is a revolutionary design using an integral feed pump and skimmer discharge. Flowrates up to 40 gpm and sludge volume of over 2 gallons.
t22 Turbo T-22
The T-22 is "high solids" separator with a bowl configuration similar to the T-14. Flowrates up to 30 gpm and a large sludge volume of up to 3 gallons. 		Turbo 3-Phase Separators
Many of our Turbo separators are available in 3-phase configurations. The most common use for the 3-phase Turbo separator in for liquid-liquid (oil/water) separations where solids are present.
Turbo Automatic Separators

TheTurbo T-15 can be used as a freestanding centrifuge or in conjunction with tanks, pumps and chillers. Typical flow rates range from 10-25 gpm and can handle up to 1.5 gallons per hour of solids.		 t40 Turbo T-40
The Turbo T-40 adds additional capacity when higher flows or higher solids capacities are needed. Typical flow rates range up to 40 gpm and can handle up to 6 gallons per hour of solids.
Turbo T-60
The Turbo T-60 can be used as a freestanding centrifuge or in conjunction with tanks, pumps and chillers. Typical flow rates range up to 60 gpm and can handle up to 8 gallons per hour of solids.
